Ali Bien-Aimé

Communications Associate

As a Communications Associate, Ali contributes to reputation management, thought leadership development, and media analysis, bringing a passion for storytelling and a background in political advocacy and financial public relations. He has worked closely with clients to create strategic messaging, support campaign initiatives, and produce content that advances a range of client goals, including social impact and public awareness.

Before joining GSR, Ali worked at Edelman Smithfield, helping clients mostly in asset management and insurance. Before that, he served a series of nonprofit organizations in fields including social equity, political advocacy, and economic development. Ali has experience with lobbying and election campaigns, corporate newsletters, and public radio appearances. The Brazelton Touchpoints Center interviewed Ali about his experience being raised by lesbian moms.

Ali graduated from Amherst College with a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, double majoring in Anthropology and French. During his time at Amherst, he was a leading organizer with the College Democrats, spearheading his college’s participation in national protests.
