What are the greatest risks to corporate reputation?

The Global Risk Advisory Council, which comprises over 140 public affairs leaders, found that that the top 10 risks for businesses heading into 2026 are, AI misuse; targeting by or criticism from President Trump; data privacy violations; child safety or harm; anticompetitiveness and antitrust; fraud; consumer protection; securities fraud; IP, copyright or trademark infringement; and securities violation, according to the Q4 2025 Reputation Risk Index.
